NOX Venues manages a portfolio of premium event spaces across KSA, suited for corporate gatherings, product launches & brand activations, conferences & company retreats, weddings, and private celebrations. Each venue has its own distinct character and capacity. Once you reach out, our team will share the relevant technical proposal so you can explore the full details of each space.
We recommend booking at least 4 to 8 weeks in advance for corporate events, and 3 to 6 months ahead for weddings and large social occasions. Popular dates fill quickly, so earlier is always better.

What you are paying for is not just a location. It is a fully managed, ready to run environment where every operational detail is taken care of before your guests arrive. Additional services including catering, production, décor and event management are available through our integrated partners and can be tailored to your event.
Yes, NOX Venues has its own in-house kitchen and catering services through Rahi. If you prefer to bring your own catering arrangement, we offer that flexibility too. Our team will help you figure out the best setup for your occasion.
Yes. We have three programs depending on who you are. Hayyak is for direct clients who book with us more than once, unlocking tiered discounts, credit facilities and early access to new venues. Sanad is for event agencies and planning companies with preferential rates, advanced venue previews including floor plans, and credit flexibility built around professional partnerships. Zaha is our exclusive alliance for wedding planners, offering booking discounts usable as commission or passed to your client, reduced security deposits, F&B discounts and complimentary photography and videography sessions annually.
This depends on the venue. Several venues within our portfolio have the capacity & layout flexibility to host different types of event in one location (on different days). You can find these details on each venue's page. Alternatively, our team can also advise which venues best suit your event needs.
Yes, Parking is available at all venues, though availability varies per venue. When you inquire, our team will confirm the parking arrangements for your chosen space, including any nearby options if needed.
